I need a 6th star! I ordered a new fridge but it couldn’t be installed because the ancient water valve was frozen. Peak West owner Mustafa came the same day and fixed it, then hooked up the new fridge. After he finished I asked about a knocking sound coming from the water heater. He suspected it was excess water pressure. Boy was he right! Twice the maximum pressure! Another plumber had previously fixed a couple of leaks and recommended we replace all our “cheap” copper piping. Mustafa said the pipes were fine, it was the excess pressure that was the problem. He installed a water pressure regular and saved me thousands of dollars (and incredible headaches) since I didn’t need to replace all of our pipes. So honest! Easy to communicate with, too. Very nice, explains what he does and why. I can’t recommend him enough!

I was looking for water filtration for my house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that was to be done. I am a very detail-oriented person, and the way it was explained to me was perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything.
